Confidence
Confidence in the context of economic recovery I suspect is a gradual thing , like a personal micro trade balance concept. Some people start to accumulate disposable surpluses and so start to spend if enough finds its way into the domestic economy then employment starts to increase and so on. BUT beware bubbles in Credit and House prices. The well qualified and connected tend to get through the rest stagger.

We look forward to having greater clarity on procurement for the Crossrail project and welcome the transport select committee’s recommendations that future tenders separate train financing decisions from train design and manufacturing
Is it true UK goverment stood back through ignorance and unwitting allow Siemens to game the EU procurement rules in their favour?
No to HS2 Valid statement?
Builders scorn Osborne’s infrastructure plan
MoD faces big bill for equipment cancellations
